Our Products 

All of our products are refurbished and in full working order. Condition notes will be detailed on each listing direct to the product. All our products will show only small cosmetic signs of use which do not affect the products functionality in anyway. The overall Grade of our products are Grade B. With average/normal cosmetic signs of use as you would expect with an item of its age. 

Warranty and Returns

 Warranty Terms

All of our items include a 90-day warranty, where we will repair or replace your device if a fault was to occur. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval. If any repair or alteration is made to your device without our prior approval, this will automatically void your warranty. You must notify us within the term of your warranty to have a repair or replacement. The battery in any device will only be covered by a 60-day warranty. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item to be able to cancel your purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
We can not refund a cancellation for any item that is returned after 30-days from the delivery date.

If you contact us after 30-days of receiving a faulty device, we will not be able to offer a refund, only a repair or a replacement.

If you wish to cancel your order within 30-days of receiving your product, we will be able to refund your purchase, however, a restocking charge may apply.

If a fault is to occur, we can offer a repair or a replacement. We will cover the cost of the return up to a maximum of £5.00. You are responsible for any damage or loss in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please go to our return process found at the bottom of our website. 

If you choose to cancel your order, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for cancellations. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will also aim for a 48-72 hour turnaround, from the date and time that we receive the item back.


All our orders are dispatched through either Royal Mail or ParcelForce to the United Kingdom only. We aim to ship your item within 3 working days of payment (Payment can take up to 72h to come through depending on your bank and/or card provider). We use a 48 hour delivery service through either Royal Mail or ParcelForce, unless an expedited process was purchased at checkout. Any delays or issues regarding delivery, we will contact you within 24 hours.
