Our Testing Process

We take great care to ensure the devices we sell meet our high standards for quality and performance. To achieve this, every device undergoes the same automated testing process. Our advanced robotics and software detect any defects or issues without any human error or opinion bias. We meticulously test key components and features including the touch screen, camera, battery health, buttons and sensors, speakers and ports, display, full data wipe, GSM check, blacklist, and lost/stolen check. Once a device passes our tests, it is data wiped and professionally cleaned of any fingerprints or dirt on the screens or housing.

Sourcing Our Devices

At GRADE Mobile, we prioritize sustainability and affordability, which is why we focus on refurbishing and recycling devices. We source our devices through trade-ins and wholesale channels.

Trade-ins involve customers trading their old devices to a recycling company or buy-back channels, such as Apple's own program. We also have strong connections in the B2B world and purchase used and refurbished devices from reputable suppliers.

We extensively check the device history to ensure that it meets our standards and is not blacklisted or marked as lost or stolen. We also perform a data wipe and iCloud check to guarantee that no devices have any signs of previous ownership.

Repair and Refurbish

Our team of technicians is dedicated to providing high-quality repairs and refurbishments.

We have technicians ranging from beginner to expert Level 3, capable of repairing any device regardless of the complexity of the issue. All our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty, with the option to extend the warranty to 24 or 36 months. Our expert technicians enable us to provide exceptional services to our customers, making sure they're satisfied with our products.
